Archibald Prize 2010
posted by Murray on 29 Mar 2010
The Archibald Prize is Australia's oldest most prestigious art award. JF Archibald’s primary aims were to foster portraiture, support artists and perpetuate the memory of great Australians. The 2010 Archibald Prize was recently awarded to Sam Leach for a portrait of Singer/Songwriter Tim Minchin.

Sam Leach's winning entry as well as the finalist are on display at the Art Gallery of NSW until 30 May.
